Rare Vintage Dutch Tipping or Measuring Vessel Tasting Cup? Gero Gerofabriek

I do not know the purpose of this vessel….it may be for sampling, tasting, measuring ?…. It is about 4” height and flared rim bowl diameter is 2-1/2”……stamped “T Gero 90” on clamp…..the clamp will tilt only about 5-10° or about 1/4”……clamp has some spring so it can clamp on tightly……needs some shining ……and needs some cleaning inside ….probably made in the 1930-1950 era …an unusual Dutch serving or measuring vessel that a knowledgeable person might need for their collection
